E-commerce Development Manager
We are the national airline of the Republic of Serbia. We are one of the oldest airlines in Europe with a history that dates back to 1927. In October 2013 we rebranded and became Air SERBIA, as part of an investment deal between the Government of Serbia and Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates.
Job scope
- Responsible for the Airserbia.com platform and accompanying elements in achieving goals related to better customer digital experience and e-Commerce strategy;
- Negotiates with suppliers and service providers regarding key development projects for Airserbia.com; manages OPEX and CAPEX budget pertaining to Airserbia.com with a view to increasing income and cost optimization, in line with agreed goals and ensures detailed reporting to the management;
- Studies usability, user-friendliness, and customer satisfaction of the company’s digital platforms; researches users, creates personas and storyboards together with the Data Science Expert and UX/UI Expert; performs A/B and multi-variant testing in order to determine user interaction solution results and conversion rate; interprets data to determine trends and introduce optimizing changes;
- Manages incidents and operative segments of Airserbia.com platform in collaboration with PSS, IT, DCS and external associates; leads all aspects of the incident management process, decision-making, execution, and process improvement on the part of business;
- Performs market analysis and keeps abreast of new technologies which can be applied to Air Serbia long-term digital platforms strategy;
- Ensures the appearance of Airserbia.com reinforces the Company’s brand and establishes Airserbia.com as the preferred channel of sale and communication with passengers.
Minimum criteria and qualifications
- University degree (VII)
- Minimum three years’ experience in online sales and website development
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)
- English – excellent, active
