New Air Serbia retail shop at “Galerija” shopping centre from 1 September

A new state-of-the-art Air Serbia retail shop will be opened on 1 September 2023, on the second floor of the "Galerija" shopping centre in Belgrade. The retail shop will be open from 10 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, and in this modern, futuristic, and vibrant space, passengers will be able to purchase flight tickets or obtain information about everything related to flights of the national airline to over 80 destinations across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. Well-known symbols of Air Serbia and all elements of its corporate identity will be integrated into a pleasant and functional space.
"The expansion of the network of destinations and the improvement of business led to an increased demand for airline tickets of our company. It is especially large on weekends, as evidenced by the attendance of the Air Serbia retail shop in Bulevar kralja Aleksandra on Saturdays. In order to offer passengers additional options for purchasing airline tickets, we have tried to find a location that will be open throughout the week and be easily accessible. Our new retail shop can be reached by elevator in just a few minutes. Weekend, snow, rain, high heat, will no longer be hindering factors for those who plan trips and need to reach desired destinations by plane," said Jiri Marek, CEO Air Serbia.
In addition to the new retail shop on the second floor of the "Galerija" Shopping Centre, which will open in September, Air Serbia already has three retail shops in Belgrade, located at Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 17, Jurija Gagarina 12, and at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.
